Two Days Left for AJAs Lifetime Achievement Nominations

HALIFAX, Jan. 30, 2017 /CNW/ - The Atlantic Journalism Awards is seeking nominations for its Lifetime Achievement Award. Any individual who has demonstrated a career of journalistic excellence in Atlantic Canada may be nominated up to the closing date of midnight on Wednesday, February 1, 2017.

Throughout the years, this award has provided a special opportunity for the Atlantic journalistic community to honour a member who has contributed value to the industry.

Nominations for this award can be submitted by any interested person. A letter highlighting why the individual should be honoured, accompanied by other supporting material should be included. The award will be presented at a gala reception and awards show on Saturday, May 6, 2017, at the new St. John's Convention Centre.
