HALIFAX, Dec. 6, 2011 /CNW/ - The Atlantic Journalism Awards is asking journalists in the region to post the AJAs poster in their newsrooms. The poster can be downloaded and printed from the www.AJAs.ca homepage. It lists the AJAs categories for the 2011 news year, including four new categories. The deadline for the online entries is Tuesday, January 31, 2012.

Judges from across Canada will select three finalists for each category and the winners will be honoured at a gala dinner and awards event at the Delta Fredericton on May 5, 2012.
